You can delete your account and its data at any time. Both routes below remove the same information.

From inside the app

This takes effect immediately.

• Open the app and sign in.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm, and enter your password when asked.

If you no longer have the app installed

Email christina@masterthelaunch.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm you own the address and then delete the account. We respond within 30 days, and normally within a few business days.

What is deleted

Permanently, and immediately when you delete from inside the app:

• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• Your profile — name, email address, phone number and age.
• Everything you logged: weekly trackers, scores, quarterly goals and notes.
• Your membership of any coaching group.
• Every active session, so you are signed out on all devices.
• Any reminder or coaching-alert state held against you.

What is kept, and why

We keep records that a reminder message was already sent to a group, so the system does not send it again to the other members of that group. Your personal details are removed from those records when your account is deleted, and what remains carries no name, email address or phone number.

We may also retain records we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Deletion is permanent. There is no recovery period and we cannot restore an account afterwards, so please save anything you want to keep first.
