This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our coaching services, the Follow Through app, website (masterthelaunch.com), SMS communications via Twilio, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy applies to all users worldwide, including users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and is intended to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws.

• Self-reported behavioral data you voluntarily log in the Follow Through app, including sleep duration, nutrition habits, physical movement, screen time, hygiene routines, household task completion, and other daily behavioral patterns
• Goals, personal challenges, and progress notes entered into the app or shared during coaching sessions
• Communications you send us via email, SMS, or through the app

• Device information (device type, operating system, browser type)
• Usage data (features used, time spent in the app, log-in frequency)
• IP address and approximate location
• Log data and crash reports

c) Information from SMS Communications (Twilio)

• Phone number and message content when you communicate with us via SMS
• Message delivery status and timestamps
• Opt-in and opt-out records for SMS communications

4. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, solicit, or store clinical mental health data, medical records, diagnostic information, or protected health information (PHI). We collect only self-reported behavioral data — meaning information participants voluntarily log about their own daily habits and actions, such as whether they completed a task, how long they slept, or whether they moved their body. This data is entered by participants themselves, is not interpreted clinically, and is used solely to support personal accountability within the coaching program.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Contract Performance: Processing necessary to provide our coaching services and app functionality
• Legitimate Interests: Improving our services, communicating program updates, and ensuring platform security
• Consent: Sending SMS messages via Twilio and sending marketing communications — you may withdraw consent at any time
• Legal Obligation: Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

6. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve our coaching services and the Follow Through app
• Display your self-reported behavioral data back to you as visual scores, patterns, and progress tracking
• Send weekly group coaching call reminders and program updates via SMS
• Send daily habit-tracking reminders and accountability check-ins via SMS
• Process payments and manage your account
• Provide personalized coaching support based on your stated goals and reported progress
• Communicate with you about your program, schedule, and goals
• Comply with legal obligations and detect and prevent fraud

7. Advertising and Cookies

We do not currently use Google Ads or third-party advertising cookies. In the future, we may use Google Ads or similar advertising platforms to promote our Services. If and when we do so, we will update this Privacy Policy to reflect that use prior to implementation. Until such time, no advertising cookies or remarketing pixels are in use. Our website may use functional cookies to improve your experience. You may control cookie settings through your browser.

8. SMS Communications (Twilio)

We use Twilio to send SMS messages including weekly group call reminders, daily Follow Through app prompts, accountability check-ins, and program announcements. Your consent to receive these messages is documented in the SMS Opt-In section of this document. To opt out at any time, reply STOP. To request help, reply HELP. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers under data processing agreements (including Twilio, payment processors, cloud hosting, and video conferencing providers), professional advisors under confidentiality obligations, and law enforcement when required by law.

10. International Data Transfers

Our Services are operated in the United States. EEA, UK, and Swiss users' data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We implement appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data; to object to processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal data we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal data. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our Services or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal obligations.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
