These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "Member," or "you") and Launch Your Life Coaching LLC, doing business as Master the Launch ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in our program, accessing the Follow Through app, communicating with us via SMS, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
We provide a structured group coaching and accountability program for adults with executive functioning challenges, including:
Our Services are coaching services only and are in no way a form of medical treatment, clinical intervention, psychotherapy, counseling, mental health services, or any other licensed professional health service. The Important Notice at the beginning of this document is incorporated into and made part of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age. All prospective members are subject to an individual screening process prior to enrollment. Enrollment is at the sole discretion of the Company.
Our program operates on a 12-week sprint model with a minimum one-year commitment (four consecutive sprints). Group cohorts are limited in size. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and completion of the intake screening process.
Program fees are disclosed at the time of enrollment and stated in US Dollars. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Donation Credit: Participants who make a documented charitable donation to a designated partner organization (such as the Turner Syndrome Foundation) may receive a credit toward their enrollment fee of up to $1,000, equal to the donation amount. Proof of donation is required. This credit is non-transferable.
The Follow Through app allows you to log self-reported behavioral data including sleep duration, physical movement, nutrition, hygiene, screen time, and daily task completion. This data is entered voluntarily and used solely for personal accountability tracking within the program. We do not analyze, interpret, or use this data for clinical, medical, or diagnostic purposes of any kind.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is documented in Part 3 of this document. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Group sessions are confidential. You agree not to disclose identifying information about other participants to anyone outside the program. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful conduct without refund.
All program content is the proprietary intellectual property of the Company and may be used only for your personal participation in the program. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any program content without prior written permission.
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular outcome will be achieved. Individual results vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Your Life Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing herein limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including in the EEA, UK, or under applicable US state laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Launch Your Life Coaching LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States. For EEA and UK users, nothing herein affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. Disputes shall be addressed first through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.
EEA and UK consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because Services may commence within this period at your request, this right may be limited once Services have begun. Nothing herein limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.
We will provide notice of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
This document — including the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and SMS Opt-In Consent — constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding our Services.
